Le Temple du Rouve

Creating a memorial for the Camisard War at Le Rouve, Saint-André-de-Lancize (Lozère, France), in the Upper Cévennes (Cévennes National Park).

To the exception of sections "Home", "For more information", "Points of view" and "So what about freedom of conscience?", which were translated by the webmaster, all other translations were kindly carried out by Tom Genrich, who is warmly acknowledged.

GOOD NEWS ! After the renovations done by the municipality, and through donations obtained (thank you to all those who supported us), the official inauguration took place on May 29, 2015, and the memorial site is now accessible to visitors on Tuesday and Saturday from 3 to 6 PM in June and September, and on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 3 to 6 PM in July and August. Good visit with you all ! Be careful however: due to the configuration of the land, the place of memory is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
